Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay in processing their order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

Prime Sequence currently ships to customers within the United States and select international destinations.

Shipping availability may change without notice based on carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or other operational factors.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Prime Sequence is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@primesequence.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product immediately.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government.

Prime Sequence is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly and notify our support team.
